Can I change my shipping address?

We get it, life happens. If you need to update your shipping address, reach out ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. That said, once your order starts processing, things move fast (like, too-fast-to-change-your-mind fast).

If tracking info has already been created, the package is officially out of our hands - literally. At that point, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier directly for any rerouting magic.

To avoid any delivery drama, double-check your order and address details before hitting that “place order” button. Typos happen, but they can be expensive.

Need to fix something? Submit a request for an Address Change and we’ll see what we can do.

Heads up: If your package gets sent back because of a wrong or undeliverable address, you'll be responsible for covering the cost of a new shipping label. Appreciate your understanding (and your proofreading skills)!

Can I cancel my order?

Maybe - but the clock’s ticking. Most orders head into production within just a few hours (sometimes faster than your last impulse decision). Once that happens, we can’t cancel it - it’s already in motion.

If you placed your order within the last 1–3 hours (or over the weekend), there might still be a tiny cancellation window. Reach out ASAP and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

To avoid cancellation drama, give your cart a final once-over before checking out. Future you will appreciate it.

Shipping & Handling

When will my order ship?

Most of our goodies are made to order - because your stuff deserves more love than a warehouse shelf. We typically need 1–3 business days to bring your item to life, but during busy times, it might take up to 7. (We promise it's worth the wait.)

Where’s the rest of my stuff?

If items in your order is doing a disappearing act, don’t panic - it’s probably just fashionably late. When you order multiple items, they may ship separately (because not all our stuff comes from the same place at the same speed).

Why the split? Could be:

  • Different production partners or printing methods
  • Varying processing and fulfillment times
  • Stock availability and inventory at the time of order
  • Or just general chaos, honestly

You’ll get separate tracking info for each shipment - no extra charge, no mystery fees. Track everything in one place right here.

Why does my tracking say "Pre-Transit"?

Ah yes, the classic tracking limbo. If you’ve got a tracking number, your order has left the building - we promise. But sometimes carriers (we’re looking at you, USPS) take their sweet time scanning things into the system.

For U.S. orders, it can take up to 72 hours for that first scan to show up, especially if it’s still en route to a main distribution hub.

If your tracking hasn’t budged in 10+ business days, Submit a Transit Issue ticket and we’ll dig into it for you.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated in days?

We feel your pain. Once your order ships, we’re at the mercy of the carrier - just like you. Most packages cruise along just fine, but sometimes tracking gets... stuck.

Why? Could be:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • High shipping volumes (especially during peak seasons and holiday overload)
  • Staffing shortages or logistical delays
  • Other unforeseen disruptions within the carrier's network

For U.S. orders, please allow up to 10 business days without an update before panicking. International? Give it up to 20 business days (we know, it's a long-distance relationship).

Still nothing after that? Submit a Transit Issue ticket and we’ll happily hunt it down for you.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but my mailbox says otherwise - help?

We know the feeling - tracking says it’s arrived, but your front porch is suspiciously empty. Don’t worry, this happens sometimes (thanks, modern logistics). Before assuming your package vanished into a black hole, try these steps:

1. Check Your Shipping Address
Peek at your order confirmation to make sure the address was right. If you’ve recently moved, it might’ve gone to your old spot.

2. Check with Household Members
Ask around with roommates, family, front desk staff - someone might’ve snagged it for safekeeping.

3. Ask Neighbors
Carriers occasionally misdeliver to the door next door. It’s worth a quick check-in.

4. Wait 1–2 Business Days
Carriers sometimes mark things as “Delivered” early. Give it 1–2 business days - it might still show up.

5. Check Common Delivery Areas
If you live in an apartment complex or shared housing, check with your leasing office, concierge, or mailroom. Packages are often dropped off in central locations.

6. Contact the Shipping Carrier
The shipping carrier may have more details than the online tracker. Go ask them what’s up.

7. Try a Third-Party Tracker
Apps like ParcelsApp sometimes show more detailed tracking updates across all carriers and regions.

If it’s been more than 3 business days after the tracking has been marked 'Delivered' and still no sign of your stuff, submit a Transit Issue ticket. While we can’t replace orders marked as delivered, we’ll do everything we can to help track it down.

Do you ship internationally?

Heck yes - we ship worldwide and love our global fam.

Just a heads-up: international orders might come with extra customs fees, taxes, or duties when they arrive. These are set by your country (not us), and they’re totally out of our control - kind of like the weather or your ex’s behavior.

Customs fees vary based on things like value, weight, and your local laws. If they do apply, the customer (that’s you!) is responsible for covering them.

Do you accept custom orders?

As much as we’d love to say yes, custom orders aren’t on the menu right now. All designs are created by our in-house designer, Tracy Barmore (aka the mischief behind the cute), and once they’re finalized - they’re locked in. This means:

  • No resizing or rearranging of design elements
  • No color swapping
  • No “can you just remove that one tiny thing?”

We promise, they’re snarky and sassy just the way they are.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can totally check out as a guest - no commitment, no strings attached.

That said, creating an account does make life easier. You’ll get faster checkout, easy access to your order history, and all your snarky purchases in one place. But no pressure - we’re cool either way.

Where are your products sold?

Right now, you can snag our stuff on our official website, as well as EtsyPinterest, Amazon, and the Shop App.

Vinyal Stickers FAQs

What are the stickers made of?

Our stickers are made from durable, high-opacity adhesive vinyl with a smooth finish. This material is resistant to scratches and is designed for long-lasting indoor and limited outdoor use.

Are the stickers waterproof?

They can handle a little drama - like splashes, spills, or condensation - but they’re not built for full-on swimming lessons. Our stickers are water-resistant, not waterproof, so please keep them out of dishwashers, downpours, and bubble baths.

Handle with care, and they’ll stick around (literally).

Will the stickers leave a sticky mess?

Not usually! Our stickers are made to stick strong but part ways peacefully. On most smooth, non-porous surfaces, they’ll peel off clean - with no gooey drama.

Just peel slowly and gently (no ripping like it’s a bandage). If any residue does show up, a soft cloth and a little mild cleaner should do the trick.

Can I use these stickers outdoors?

Yep - but they're not invincible. While the vinyl material is durable, extended outdoor exposure (especially in direct sunlight or heavy rain) can reduce the sticker's lifespan. For long-term outdoor use, we recommend sticking ‘em somewhere shady and sheltered from the elements.

Will these stickers go on without bubbles?

Yep! Our adhesive is made for bubble-free vibes. Just stick to a clean, smooth surface and press from the center outward like a pro to remove any air. No air pockets, no drama - just pure sticker satisfaction.

What surfaces do these stickers actually stick to?

They’re happiest on smooth, hard, clean surfaces - think laptops, phone cases, water bottles, mirrors, notebooks, and other non-textured stuff.

They don’t vibe with fabric, bumpy textures, or dusty chaos. Give them a clean canvas and they’ll stick around like a loyal (and slightly sarcastic) friend.

Can I reposition the sticker after sticking it down?

Not really. These stickers like commitment. Once they’re on, they’re meant to stay put.

Trying to peel and re-stick could mess with the adhesive - or worse, wrinkle their little faces. So pick your spot wisely, then press with confidence.

Are your stickers laminated?

Nope - no lamination here. But don’t worry, they still bring the durability. Made with high-quality vinyl and UV-stable inks, these cuties stay bold, bright, and tough enough for everyday use (even without the plastic armor).

Can I stick these on my water bottle or tumbler?

Absolutely - hydration deserves decoration.

Our stickers look great on bottles and tumblers, but for maximum longevity, hand-wash only, avoid scrubbing directly over the design, and avoiding areas that experience frequent moisture.

Do the stickers fade over time?

They’re in it for the long haul - but even snark has its limits. With proper care, they’ll stay bold and vibrant, but too much sun or exposure to harsh chemicals can cause a little fading over time.

Do your cases have sides?

Yes - they’re not just a pretty back. All of our clear cases come with fully enclosed sides for complete edge protection. Cute and practical, just like you.

What’s the material like?

Our cases are made from a fancy little combo: a solid polycarbonate back (for structure) and flexible, slightly squishy polyurethane sides (for grip and snugness). They’re sturdy, smooth, and not the kind of plastic that cracks if you look at it wrong.

Are the cases protective?

Our cases are built to handle everyday life. They offer reliable protection against scratches, minor drops, and random bumps.

That said, phones (especially the glass-backed drama queens) can still be fragile, so handle with care.

No case can fully guarantee protection against severe impact or shattering. Want extra peace of mind? Pair it with a tempered glass screen protector - your screen will thank you.

Is the design a sticker or decal?

Nope! No stickers here. The design is UV printed directly onto the back of the case using industry-leading printing technology - so it won’t peel or ghost on you. It’s high-quality, durable, and built to keep up with your chaotic little life.

Is the design embedded into the case?

Nope - it’s not embedded, it’s UV printed right onto the outside of the case. That means you’ll feel a slight texture on the surface, which just so happens to double as a bonus grip. Cute and functional. We love a multitasker.

Do your cases have bezels around the camera and screen?

Yep! All our cases have a slightly raised bezel around the screen and camera - aka a tiny bumper that helps keep your phone from face-planting directly onto danger. It's subtle, but it does the job.

Do your cases support wireless charging?

While compatibility may vary slightly between charging systems, our cases play nice with most high-quality wireless chargers. For best performance, we recommend using a strong wireless charging base.

Are your cases compatible with MagSafe?

Yep - our cases work with MagSafe chargers. Just a heads up: the magnetic connection and charging speed may be a bit weaker than with certified Apple MagSafe cases. Totally normal for most third-party cases, but worth knowing if you’re into super-snappy charging vibes.

Do any designs contain real glitter?

Nope - there’s no real glitter, flowers, or wood in our cases. All those fun elements (like sparkle, holographics, florals, and wood textures) are UV printed for the look of extra without the bulk or flake factor. All the flair, none of the fallout.

Will a PopSocket® or phone grip stick to the case?

Yep! Most high-quality phone grips and PopSockets® play nice with our cases.

BUT - once you stick it, commit to it. Removing a grip later can damage the printed design or cause peeling, and sadly, that kind of heartbreak isn’t covered under our Refund Policy or EU Warranty. So place it wisely, and stick with confidence.

Can I remove a PopSocket® later without damaging the case?

We really don’t recommend it. The adhesive on phone grips is strong - like, “might take the design with it” strong. Peeling one off can damage the UV print, and sadly, that kind of drama isn’t covered under our Refund Policy or EU Warranty.

In summary - Stick it once, stick it wisely.

Do your cases yellow over time?

Like most clear cases made from TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) - that flexible, grippy stuff - a bit of yellowing over time is totally normal. Light, heat, and skin oils are the usual suspects. But, with proper care, you can slow it down.

How long will my case last?

How should I clean my case?

Our cases are designed for AirPods® (1st & 2nd Gen), AirPods® (3rd Gen), and AirPods® Pro (1st & 2nd Gen). Make sure to double-check the product listing so you grab the right one for your device - because we love you, but we’re not responsible for mix-ups.

What material are the cases made of?

Our cases are made from premium, impact-absorbing polycarbonate (PC) - because your AirPods® deserve better than just a cute shell. It’s built to protect against scratches, bumps, and those occasional light drops (we know how it goes).

Will this case protect against drops?

Our impact-resistant polycarbonate case offers some drop protection, but let’s be real - AirPods® aren’t invincible. We always recommend handling them with care. No case can fully protect against a hard or high-impact drop, but this one’s got your back for the everyday oopsies.

Does the case come with a carabiner clip?

Yep! Every AirPods® case comes with a metal carabiner clip - because who wants to dig around for their AirPods®? Clip it to your bag, keys, or belt for easy access and a little extra security.

How does the top piece stay attached?

What material are the mouse pads made of?

Our mouse pads are made with a soft 100% polyester surface for smooth, precise movement - because your mouse deserves a nice ride. The natural rubber base ensures a non-slip grip, keeping everything in place while you work (or scroll through memes).

Are the mouse pads water-resistant?

Yep! The surface is made from tightly woven, water-resistant polyester, so it can handle a little moisture - think light spills or splashes. But they’re not waterproof or machine washable, so avoid soaking them completely. Keep it dry, and it’ll stay looking sharp.

Will the mouse pad work with any type of mouse?

Yep! Our mouse pads are good to go with all mouse types - whether you’re rocking an optical or laser mouse. The smooth surface ensures excellent tracking, whether you're grinding at work or leveling up your gaming skills.

Does the mouse pad have a rubber smell?

Like most rubber products, there might be a mild scent when you first open it. Don’t worry, it’s harmless and will fade away with a little use and fresh air. Just a temporary "new product" smell - nothing to stress about.

Is the design printed or part of the material?

Oh, it’s printed, alright - but not just slapped on top like a sticker. We use a high-quality sublimation printing process, which means the design is fully infused. That gives you a full-color, edge-to-edge look that's not just a surface-level thing - it’s in there for the long haul, just like your commitment to sass.

Can I machine wash the mouse pad?

We do not recommend machine washing. To clean your mouse pad, grab a soft, damp cloth and gently wipe it down. Keep the harsh chemicals, scrubbing, or submerging in water at bay.
